I created this template for myself and have my little Color Palette printed and taped next to my computer for easy reference. It’s so nice, I want to share it with you! FREE!
Once you’ve nailed down your color palette for your brand, you want to make sure you keep them close- somewhere you won’t lose them.
I also have this on my phone as a photo so I can easily get my hex codes or pick my colors in IG stories. Keep it in Trello, Asana, Google Docs, or anywhere you have a branding board!
It’s a super easy, fun way to keep all your brand colors in one pretty location that can be shared across devices, with VA’s, designers or social media managers.
Check out mine!

Open the template in Canva, and fill the boxes with your brand colors.
Enter the hex code in the space next to the box. (in that color!) Don’t have 5, or a “bold accent color”? Just delete those.
I made a quick little tutorial here to show you.
Keep all your brand colors and hex codes in one place!
Print it and keep it near for quick access.
No printer? Put it on your desktop or save as a photo on your phone. t’s a great visual way to quickly reference your colors as you build graphics, pages, workbooks, PDF’s, etc.
Space in the margin to write in lighter or darker options, fonts or your website colors. Make those rectangles shorter to give yourself more room!
Use web color picker like Colorzilla.com (they have a Chrome extension) if you don’t have photoshop to get your hex codes.
